I come from a fourth-generation hospitality family, with roots in hotel ownership dating back to my great-grandfather in Brazil. Today, my father and I continue that work through Wonder Vacation Homes, managing vacation homes throughout Central Florida.

After graduating from the University of Central Florida (Business Administration), I joined Marriott — spending two years in management roles at the W Fort Lauderdale and on the opening team at The St. Regis Longboat Key. That experience shaped how I approach real estate today: quality, attention to detail, and long-term value.

Returning to Wonder Vacation Homes, involvement in the management of more than 200 properties gave me firsthand insight into what actually makes a vacation home successful — not just in real estate, but operationally and as an investment.

For me, real estate is about building the right team around each client: mortgage brokers, accountants, attorneys, contractors, and property managers — whether buying a first property or expanding a portfolio.
