I come from a fourth-generation hospitality family, with roots in hotel ownership dating back to my great-grandfather in Brazil. Today, my father and I continue that legacy through Wonder Vacation Homes, managing short-term rental vacation homes throughout Central Florida, Kissimmee, and the greater Orlando area.
After graduating from the University of Central Florida (Business Administration), I joined Marriott — spending two years in management roles at the W Fort Lauderdale and on the opening team at The St. Regis Longboat Key.
Managing more than 200 short-term rental properties across Central Florida gave me direct insight into what makes a vacation home profitable on Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking — not just from a real estate perspective, but operationally and as a passive income investment.
